Sabre Jetting Services Win CN Training Excellence Award
Oct 01 2021We are proud to announce that Sabre Jetting Services have won the Training Excellence award, part of the CN awards.
We are passionate about our training programmes as we understand the importance of full-trained, knowledgeable staff and the role they play in successful construction projects. We are also driven to provide those individuals the opportunity to build their soft skills, gain leadership qualities and increase mental health awareness.
Working in a very niche industry, we identified an area where training and development was lacking and felt driven to develop a training and development programme to help encourage more people into the industry and maximise the knowledge of those already in it.
The CN Awards say: “Sabre has gone beyond all expectations. It has developed a training and development programme for a niche sector where none existed before.”
Going on to say that “care and support for staff of all educational skills has been outstanding” and that we have “achieved external accreditation beyond what would be expected.”
