At the forefront of the company delivering services.We pride ourselves in high retention rates. Most of our workforce have been with us for years and their jetting knowledge is incomparable, maintained by regular and extensive internal and external training. Their perseverance and dedication to projects makes them second to none.
All of our Team Leaders and Operatives have achieved an NVQ Level 2 in water jetting and hold CSCS and WJA Health & Safety cards. Further to this, every Team Leader has completed The Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme for the Construction and Civil Engineering Industries (SSSTS). This is only a snapshot of the varied training our operatives achieve.
In addition to comprehensive training and a high level of competence, our workforce is also motivated and happy to work with the client to contribute to the overall success of a contract. As a company we understand that flexibility is a necessity in the industry in which we operate and this is reflected by the attitude of our employees.
