We recently completed a job of surface preparation to the inside of a building. The team very carefully used ultra-high pressure, to ensure that there was no damage to any other areas of the deck.

This job consisted of the scabbling the edges of holes formed in an existing floor, to accommodate a vast mezzanine floor extension. The designer would not accept the smooth edges left by the sawing Contractor, as new concrete pour would not bond to existing. We used a UHP rotary nozzle at 2750 BAR and completed approximately 600 openings within the allocated period. Total area scabbled – 2400m2.

The finish the Client requested was accomplished by using 6 jet rotaries.
